The 180° and 360° Emotionally Intelligent (EI) Leadership assessment provides a 180° and 360° of how well a leader demonstrates emotionally intelligent leadership behaviour in comparison to others. The result is a reliable and valid measure of emotional intelligence from the most credible source available: those who see the leader in action every day.
Housed in a modern, responsive, online survey system. Raters can complete on their phone, tablet, PC or Mac, anywhere, at any time. The simple and secure administration platform makes it easy to set up survey groups, monitor survey progress and download finished reports.
A unique feature of the assessments is that it provides leaders with two sets of feedback: feedback about the quality of their leadership in comparison to others, as well as unique feedback on how important emotionally intelligent leadership behaviour is to the people they lead. Research demonstrates emotional intelligence is an important leadership attribute. This context-specific feedback signals its relative importance in the ever-changing and fast-paced environments in which leadership is now performed. Validating the assessment each time it is used, these two sets of feedback engage the leader in a point-in-time, context-specific development journey.

The system can collect feedback from multiple rater groups, for example, Manager, Managing Partner, Associate Partner, Peers, Direct Reports, Clients, Stakeholders, Customers, Others, etc.
Benchmarked, raw and gap scores for each competency and behaviour, measured to help leaders quickly interpret and act on their results.
Raters can provide free-text responses for each competency assessed. These are captured in the Feedback Report and help leaders understand the context behind rater responses to assessment questions.
Reports Available
The EI Leadership Feedback Report is accompanied with an EI Leadership Development Tips Workbook that guides leaders to quickly interpret and act on their results. The Development Tips Workbook provides insights on how to leverage strengths and improve the behaviours assessed by the Leadership Feedback Reports.
Administration
An assessment link is sent via email to all respondents. The assessment takes 25 minutes to complete. The results are sent to the employee-manager on completion.
