Raters can provide free-text responses for each competency assessed. These are captured in the Feedback Report and help leaders understand the context behind rater responses to assessment questions.
The EI Leadership Feedback Report is accompanied with an EI Leadership Development Tips Workbook that guides leaders to quickly interpret and act on their results. The Development Tips Workbook provides insights on how to leverage strengths and improve the behaviours assessed by the Leadership Feedback Reports.
An assessment link is sent via email to all respondents. The assessment takes 25 minutes to complete. The results are sent to the employee-manager on completion.
